Loved the apartment. Comfy beds with a well equipped kitchen. We walked into the city centre via Pontcanna with it's coffee shops and pubs. It's in a great location.

  • Where can I park?

    There is FREE on-street parking on the street outside the property.

  • When will I get check-in details?

    We will send you all the check-in information on the day before you arrive. 


    You'll recieve the access code 1-hour before your agreed check-in time. 

  • Can I have early check-in / late check-out?

    We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out where we can. 


    For guests booking direct we can provide 1 hour early check-in and 1 hour late check-out for FREE (where available). 


    Any requests over 1-hour might be possible for a small charge. 

  • What is the cancellation policy for my booking?

    For guests booking a stay direct with us our FREE standard cancellation policy is 24 hours before check-in. 


    Any bookings via an online plaform normally have a 5-day cancellation policy. 


    For longer stays (over 7 nights) cancellation policies may vary. 

  • Is there free WiFi?

    Yes - we always aim to secure the fastest WiFi speeds possible. Always provided for free. 


    We run regular internet speed tests. In this property the last speed test showed the full-fibre WiFI supports streaming services, video calling and browsing etc on multiple devices. 


    WiFi is available through-out the property. 

  • Are towels and bedding provided?

    Yes - all high-quality bedding is provided, along with bath towels, hand-towels, tea-towels and bath mats. 

  • What is provided in the kitchen?

    The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. There is an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. 


    You will be provided with tea, coffee, coffee pods and washing-up liquid. There are also 'cooking basics' - salt, pepper and cooking oil. 


    There is a washing machine in your apartment (washing detergent provided). You will also find an ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. 


  • Will I get a booking confirmation?

    Yes - As long as you provided a valid email address when making your booking. You will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of making your reservation.
