Any bookings via an online plaform normally have a 5-day cancellation policy. 

For longer stays (over 7 nights) cancellation policies may vary. 

Yes - we always aim to secure the fastest WiFi speeds possible. Always provided for free. 

We run regular internet speed tests. In this property the last speed test showed the full-fibre WiFI supports streaming services, video calling and browsing etc on multiple devices.

Yes - all high-quality bedding is provided, along with bath towels, hand-towels, tea-towels and bath mats. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. There is a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and fridge-freezer. 

You will be provided with tea, coffee, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. There are also 'cooking basics' - salt, pepper and cooking oil. 

There is a washing machine in the house (washing detergent provided). You will also find an ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. 

Yes - As long as you provided a valid email address when making your booking. You will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of making your reservation.
